How do I pay for my order?
You can pay easily using your debit card or credit card. We accept cards such as MasterCard, Visa and Verve.

FurnitureColony emphasizes quality products and customer satisfaction, thus we give our customer over a year warranty on our products, we are always ready to go the extra mile for our customers.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you pay for your order, we will send you a confirmation email on the email-address you provided during your order.The email will contain details about your order such as the order number, the items you have paid for, and the current status of the order.
How do I check the status of my order?
Click the “My Account” link to open your FurnitureColony Account. Click on the “My Orders” link to view information on your recent orders, including their statuses.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation can be within 24 hours after placing an order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?

How long does it take to process a refund after cancellation?
Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
What is your Return policy?
FurnitureColony does not offer refunds on purchased goods. However, if any purchased item is damaged during transit by our delivery staff, we will replace the item for free. Click here for our refund policy.

What do the different order statuses mean?
Processing: Order has been received and is being processed
Confirmed: Order has been confirmed
Pending Delivery: Order is pending delivery to customer
Shipped: The items are enroute to the customer’s location
Delivered: Ordered items have been delivered to the customer
How does Furniturecolony handle shipping?
We ship directly to any location of your choice within Nigeria. Delivery is relatively cheap and fixed for others within Lagos, while orders outside Lagos cost more.
Are there any hidden charges on FurnitureColony?
There are no hidden charges whatsoever. All charges are clearly spelt out on the site.
Can I pay COD (cash on delivery)?
No, you have to make payment via our website before any delivery can be made to you.
Can I pay now and take delivery at some time later when I am ready?
Yes you can pay and have it delivered later.
My product(s) have arrived damaged, what must i do?
Firstly you are to ascertain the level of damage with our delivery Reps and then proceed to contact us for claims. We assure we will put more smiles on your face.
Is it safe to buy online?
Yes, our website is secured and also we do not store your bank details on our platform. Your bank or processor handles your transaction.

I am not in Lagos State, can I still place an order?
Yes, we ship anywhere in Nigeria.
Can I pick up products at your office?
No not at the moment, we shall introduce drop off points across the country soon.
How much do you charge for Delivery?
N5,000 Flat rate for delivery within Lagos and its environs, while deliveries outside Lagos attract more charges.
How long does delivery takes?
Usually within 7-10 Business days.
