RETURNS
Goods Damaged in Transit. The products are well packaged and transit damage is rare. Nevertheless, it can occur, and if it does you will be able to discover it when the goods are unpacked and examined at the time of the delivery.
Inspect all items in the presence of the delivery person/supply executive. If the goods are not in merchantable condition, you may reject the delivery and the goods will be repackaged and taken away. Replacement goods will be sent with no additional shipping charges, as soon as the original order is returned to us.
Furniturecolony.com does not offer refunds on purchased goods. However, if any purchased item is damaged during transit by our delivery staff, we will replace the item for free.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
To make it easy for you to know the total cost of each item, the Standard Shipping and Handling charge (for delivery within all 36 states) is shown along with the price in the Product Specifications. Any other type of shipping, or shipping outside the standard service states will require special processing. Please call or email us for request so that we can provide you with a quote.
FurnitureColony delivery will be within 7-10 working days from the day of purchase. We make all effort to deliver items within the estimated 7-10 working days timescales. Nevertheless, delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales, a notification call will be put forward to the customer from a customer service representative for further clarification
